You will be fully supported through your initial foundational training, the one-year integration phase and ongoing application of materials and learning. You will also be connected with a supportive global community of coaches and facilitators, many of whom have been successfully working with our programs for years. AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS™
FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING

Format: Virtual, using Zoom, over 3 half days

Description: In this highly interactive program you will receive training, handouts and business coaching – everything you need to learn how to facilitate authentic conversations as well as an Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series for 1:1 or group sessions. You will receive 18 facilitator kits including a facilitator guide, template for a participant action worksheet to be customized with your business branding and evaluation form template. In addition, you will complete the MHS EQ-I Emotional Intelligence Assessment and the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System to support your personal journey of authenticity.

integration 1 year program

Description: During the integration phase of the program participants will have ongoing support for a year to ensure a successful implementation of their client and/or team/cohort programs. Included in the integration program is:

  • Monthly 1:1 individual coaching to support participant in preparing for practice sessions, marketing program/s (if applicable) and ongoing inner work to support self and others
  • Monthly Zoom group calls with ALG facilitators around the globe
  • Authentic Leadership for Teams™ – Difficult Conversations, additional materials and training to expand upon the foundational program materials
    • The ability to have difficult conversations and healthy debate is a game changer for teams. The mentorship and materials provided in this portion of the integration program will fully prepare you to deliver a 3 – 6 month program for teams or cohorts within organizations.
  • The Authentic You™ Personal Planning System – additional training and support to guide others through this life enhancing process.

    • How to stay authentic and manage through intense emotions when triggered
