Program Overview

Authentic Leadership Global™ provides training for coaches, facilitators, and HR specialists to deliver programs, either 1:1 with their clients or for teams or cohorts within organizations.

The interactive and experiential training provides tools to support authenticity and effectiveness, particularly in moments when intense stress makes it difficult to respond rather than react. Participants who complete our program and apply the learning become role models for authenticity as well as become equipped with an expansive toolkit of offerings for their clients.

How the training works:

This full year program teaches participants to facilitate engaging, interactive group conversations – either face to face or virtually.

 

 

Foundational Training

This three-half day training provides participants with a deepened understanding of self as well as tangible tools to bring to client sessions and programs. At the end of this portion of the training, participants are equipped to conduct 1:1 client sessions or group sessions, using the materials provided. The foundational training includes:

  • MHS Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment

  • Three Awaken Your Authentic Leadership books: Lead with Inner Clarity and Purpose, Authenticity Journal, Authentic Leadership Conversations for Meaningful Connection

  • Authentic Leadership Conversations™, learn about authenticity, how it enhances individual and organizational performance, gain access to topic templates to customize for own use. Participants will both experience a conversation and have the opportunity to lead a conversation, along with guidance on how to offer 3-6 month programs to clients for either 1:1 or group sessions.

  • The Authentic You™ Personal Planning

    • The third session provides enhanced personal clarity about who you are at your best, what is most important help you to make choices, guided by a strong inner GPS.

Integration Year

Following the foundational training, participants will have ongoing support for a year to ensure a successful implementation of their client and/or team/cohort programs. Included in the integration program is:

  • Monthly 1:1 individual coaching to support participant in preparing for practice sessions, marketing program/s (if applicable) and ongoing inner work to support self and others

  • Monthly Zoom group calls with ALG facilitators around the globe

  • Authentic Leadership for Teams™ – Difficult Conversations, additional materials and training to expand upon the foundational program materials

    • The ability to have difficult conversations and healthy debate is a game changer for teams. The materials provided in this part of the integration program will fully prepare you to deliver a 3 – 6 month program for teams or cohorts within organizations.

  • The Authentic You™ Personal Planning System – additional training and support to guide others through this life enhancing process.

The materials provided in the program are considered “open source”. This means that facilitators are encouraged to adapt and change materials, as well apply their organizational branding.

ONGOING SUPPORT

After the completion of the integration year, ongoing support is offered. This includes receiving updates to materials, participation in monthly group sessions with other coaches & facilitators around the globe, and 1:1 coaching sessions. The ongoing support is tailored to the needs of the participant.
