Program Details

We will support you on your professional journey through either face-to-face workshops or web-based experiential workshops, one-on-one mentoring sessions and online discussions, as you learn how to apply the foundations of Authentic Leadership within the context of your employees.

 

 

base training

Module 1 — Authentic Leadership Conversations™

Required for ALL Facilitators – this full year program is a pre-requisite for all other courses
Format: Web-based (online video discussions, web documents etc) or Face-to-Face

Description: In this program you will receive training, handouts and business coaching – everything you need to learn how to deliver authentic conversations as well as an Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series for small groups of up to 10 people. You will receive 2 facilitator material kits (for The Inner Critic and one other topic of your choice) including facilitator guide, action worksheet and evaluation form. In addition, you will complete the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System in order to begin your personal journey to authenticity and gain clarity for your life.

Included along with the training are six 1:1 Coaching sessions, three group check-in calls and an MHS Emotional Intelligence Self Assessment.

Ancillary Training

Module 2 — Authentic You™ Personal Planning System™

Format: Web-based (online video discussions, web documents etc) or Face-to-Face
Pre-requisites: Completion of Module 1 training

Description: In this program you will receive training, tools and handouts – everything you need to learn how to deliver the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System in a variety of ways – 1:1 as a part of a 3-6-month coaching program, face-to-face in groups, as a 6 – 10-week Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series or as a Dinner Series.

* Leave at least 3 months between Module 1 and Module 2 training in order to complete Level I certification

Module 3 – Authentic Leadership for Teams™
(How to Have Difficult Conversations)

Format: Web-based (online video discussions, web documents etc) or Face-to-Face
Pre-requisites: Completion of Module 1 and Module 2 training

Description: In this program you will receive training, tools and business coaching – everything you need to deliver the 6-month Authentic Leadership for Teams™ for a departmental team of up to 50 people. And to do it in a way that differentiates you as it aligns with your values and authentic approach. This program includes 3 components – 1) Experiential workshops for the leadership group of the department or line of business, 2) 1:1 coaching for the individual leaders of the department or line of business, and 3) A series of Authentic Leadership Conversations™ for the broader team.

  • How to deliver a 6-month Authentic Leadership for Teams™ program
  • How to build relationships with senior leaders who have the budgets for team development
