Part 1 — Authentic Leadership Conversations™CEEU
Required for ALL Facilitators – this course is a pre-requisite for all other courses
Cost: $1797 Cdn (plus appl. taxes)

CCEUs: 12 (2 Core Competencies & 10 Resource Development)

Description: As a coach or facilitator, having several sources of revenue is essential to creating a sustainable business. One way to diversify your offerings is to facilitate engaging, interactive group conversations – either face to face or virtually. In addition to being a program you can offer your clients in small groups, the Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series is a value-added way for you to build relationships with potential clients.

In this program you will receive training, handouts and business coaching – everything you need to learn how to deliver authentic conversations as well as an Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series for small groups of up to 10 people. You will receive 2 facilitator material kits (for The Inner Critic and one other topic of your choice) including facilitator guide, action worksheet and evaluation form. In addition, you will complete the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System in order to begin your personal journey to authenticity and gain clarity for your life and your business.

Description: Often, your clients may be at a crossroads in their lives where it is helpful for them to step back and regain personal clarity about who they are at their best, what is important to them, in order to make choices guided by a strong inner GPS.

One of our most popular offerings for your clients, that can be life-changing for them is the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System.

In this program you will receive training, tools and handouts – everything you need to learn how to deliver the Authentic You™ Personal Planning System in a variety of ways – 1:1 as a part of a 3-6-month coaching program, face-to-face in groups, as a 6 – 10-week Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series or as a Dinner Series.

* Leave at least 3 months between Part 1 and Part 2 training in order to complete Level I certification
